Our boy ran a 3k today, it was his first one. He asked us to sign him up a few days ago and he was AMPED! ⚡️

Minutes before lining up at the start line, he started to cry. He felt scared. Daddy stood with him at the start, until the 20 second clock started ticking. I could see the fear in his eyes, but he stayed, and he started his race.

We cheered him on as he took off. Daddy met him midway to encourage and run with him. As a parent, the joy and excitement you feel for your kids when they conquer something big is indescribable. Everything around me stopped and went silent as I cheered him on through the finish line. 🏁

Proud, isn’t enough… I’m inspired by this boy. He is brave and he is strong. Thank you PC Ski & Snowboard for this incredible #MooseOnTheLoose run for kids!
